Use of Pockets
Pockets is provided to help you manage focus sessions, tasks, settings, reminders, and personal productivity insights. You agree to use Pockets lawfully and responsibly.
Local data
Pockets stores app data locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, backups, and any data you enter into the app.
Notifications and system features
Pockets may offer local notifications, widgets, or Live Activities. These features depend on iOS settings, device availability, and Apple system behavior, and may not always be delivered or displayed exactly as expected.
No professional advice
Pockets is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pockets at any time. We aim to keep the app useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
Pockets, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Studio Parkar or its licensors. You may use the app for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pockets is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
